Monday is a hard day for everyone. Wake up early…

It might seem a little crazy, but waking up early can be the key to a great Monday. Instead of staying in bed until the absolute last minute, get up early enough to get a head start on things. Throw in a load of laundry, wash the dishes, or just sip a cup of coffee and watch the news. You will be more relaxed through the rest of your day.

Stay away from the co-workers that annoy you right away. Start with the stuff you hate, that way it’s done and you don’t have to worry about it. Quit your whining and just do it!

I’m not saying up and quit your job. Just know that at the end of the day when you walk out, you have a life outside your job. When you hit that door, try and not bring work home with you. It will only piss you off that much longer. Yes, we all need to vent and get it out. Allow 5 minutes of your after work like to clear your mind. Do something that makes you happy after work. Whatever it may be, your mind should only be in “work mode” when you are physically at your job. Your days will be much happier when you leave the door for the day.
